Sumitra Sankarasubramanian

Sumitra Sankarasubramanian joined the Community Foundation of Sarasota County in August 2023. In her role as Data Analyst, Sumitra is responsible for developing systems and processes to enhance data collection and perform data analysis and reporting across the organization’s platforms in support of multi-faceted operations.

Sumitra is a graduate of New College of Florida, where she earned a Masters in Science in Data Science. She is delighted to work with the Community Foundation as its mission, values and impact, including the foundation's commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, inspire her.

Outside of work, Sumitra enjoys gardening, traveling, and visiting Florida's beautiful state parks.
