Kim Wolz

Kim Wolz is the Human Resources Generalist at the Community Foundation of Sarasota County. In this role, she is responsible for supporting the recruitment process, providing day-to-day HR guidance to the team, conducting onboarding for new hires, supporting benefits administration, processing payroll, and salary administration, to name a few.

Kim brings more than 20 years of payroll and human resources experience within several industries, including non-profit, the private sector, and publicly traded companies. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, with a concentration in Human Resources Management.

Kim moved with her family from Virginia to Bradenton in June 2021 after her husband retired from the United States Navy. In her free time, you will find Kim with her husband and two sons out on their boat, at a beach with family and friends, or listening to live music somewhere. She loves living in Florida!
