As a member of the foundation's leadership team, Nicole is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, total rewards and employee development, as well as oversight of IT and facilities.
She is a graduate of Bridgewater State University and has lived in the Sarasota area for 30+ years, working as an HR Business Partner at several organizations including The Zenith Insurance Co., and Arthur Andersen, LLP.
Nicole was a member of the CFSC leadership team from 2011-2013, but took a hiatus from her career to re-connect with her creative (and fishing!) interests. She re-joined the Foundation in 2023 and now balances her professional life with those creative pursuits, including authoring MyDeliciousBlog.com.
She currently serves on the board of Hearts Up for IDD (Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities), and is a past board member of Community Youth Development (CYD) and the Sarasota Tarpon Tournament.
