A final grant report must be submitted within 12 months of receiving the grant. You can access the grant report form electronically by logging into our online grants module at https://cfsarasotagrants.communityforce.com
Once you log in, click on the title of the grant for which you are submitting a report. You should see a section titled “Grant Report” at the bottom of the page. If you cannot access the grant report or you have questions about what we are asking for, please do not hesitate to reach out.
